The terms, in plain words.
1. Who you are dealing with
ARXADEMY™ is operated by XIMETIX Corporation, a corporation of Ontario, Canada (“we”, “us”). You (“you”, the founder) enroll as an individual or on behalf of your company. If you enroll for a company, you confirm you may bind it to these terms.
2. What you are buying
Each plan is one founder’s seat for one year. The seat is personal: one founder, one login, not shared.

The BYZNEXX ARXECUTIVE ACTIVATOR™ includes the complete curriculum, self-paced and released on a schedule, and the weekly BANISH LIMITATIONS™ sessions held live. ACTIVATOR + MARXOSTERMYND™ adds four quarterly founder gatherings during your term.
AERATYX™ and SCREENTRYX™ are in build. If your plan lists them, you get access to each the moment it goes live during your term. Their timing is not a promise, and it is not a reason for a refund.
3. Prices and tax
Prices are in US dollars. If your billing address is in Canada, GST or HST is added at the rate for your province, as Canadian law requires. If your billing address is outside Canada, no Canadian sales tax is added; any tax or duty owed where you are is yours to settle. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
4. The 12-month commitment on monthly plans
A monthly plan is a 12-month commitment paid in 12 parts, not a subscription you can stop at will. By choosing it you agree to make all 12 monthly payments. They are charged automatically to the card you use at checkout, on the same day each month, and they stop on their own after the twelfth.
If a payment fails, your access pauses until it is paid. Payments that remain unpaid stay owed. You may pay the remaining balance early at any time by writing to us. The only ways a monthly commitment ends before the twelfth payment are the ones set out in the Refund Policy.
5. Access
Access starts once your payment is confirmed and lasts for your term. Curriculum releases follow the published schedule. Live sessions and gatherings happen on the dates we announce; if you miss one, it is not repeated for you.
Plans sold by request, including ACTIVATOR + MARXOSTERMYND™ unless the site shows otherwise, are open only to founders we accept. A private payment link is personal to the founder it was sent to.
6. The room
Every session is a curated room of founders. You agree to treat other founders, their companies and what they share with discretion, and not to record, publish or pass on what is said in a session. We may remove a founder whose conduct harms the room. If we do, the Refund Policy sets out what is refunded.
7. The material is ours
The curriculum, models, recordings and language of ARXADEMY™, including its LEXIKOMM™ encodings, are our intellectual property. Your enrollment gives you a personal licence to use them inside your own company during and after your term. It does not give you the right to resell, teach, publish or reproduce them for others.
8. What we are responsible for
ARXADEMY™ is education. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and results depend on what you do with it. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us under these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. A change applies to enrollments made after it is published; your enrollment stays on the version you accepted at checkout.
